  7. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, the complaining party is authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that has allegedly violated the terms.

Counter notice

If you believe that the material you uploaded has been removed, posted, distributed or otherwise transmitted on the Website by mistake or misidentification and if you have the right to upload, post or transmit the material at issue, then you must send HeyBnb, a written communication that includes substantially the following details:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that has allegedly violated the terms.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted material which violated the terms.

  3. Material to which access has been disabled and the location of that material which is removed.

  4. A statement that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material removed or disabled.

  5. The subscriber’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the court where such address is located.
